Solifenacin, sold under the brand name Vesicare, is a medicine used to reduce symptoms of urinary incontinence or overactive bladder syndrome.
When taken once daily, it helps the bladder muscles relax. This prevents unwanted leaks or sudden urges.
Vesicare tablets are available to buy online from euroClinix with free next-day delivery.
Incontinence is most often caused by overactive bladder muscles. These muscles naturally contract when the bladder is full. If you have incontinence, they contract too often, which can cause leakage.
Solifenacin works by relaxing these muscles. It belongs to a group of medicines called antimuscarinics or anticholinergics. These medicines block the chemical reaction in the bladder muscles, known as the detrusor muscles, to prevent them from contracting too much.
Over time, the medicine will gradually reduce urinary frequency and urgency.
